"Chris and crew poured a stamped concrete patio Sept 2025. In Spring 2026 after snow melted, the color was flaking off. Contacted Chris and he and crew came out to look at it. It was determined that the sealer used as recommended by someone else, was not the sealer they used in the past. Chris and crew came out in May 2026 (which I didn't expect to see them until July or August) and touched up ALL the areas that were flaking off and reapplied the sealer he had always used in the past. The patio looks GREAT! Chris's professionalism and genuine concern is what all contractors should be like. Thanks Chris and crew for your fast response and work to "fix" the issues to our patio and make it right."
